[ST] couple of prep questions

Hi folks,
 
Speaking of parking, I still need suggestions and opinions on the Tribble
Bash minivan parking issue.
One of the Tribble Bash folks is planning on bringing his minivan, rear
seats removed, to transport the Tribble Bash stuff (and to be portable
storage for the remaining Tribble Bash stuff after the Bash).  He would then
have his wife transport his family in their car, and would therefore have
both vehicles at Arisia, adding to the parking pressures at the Hyatt.
I think that the latest suggestion was for Arisia to make sure we had a
mature Volunteer available to Karl to move his minivan to and from the MIT
garage when it's time for the unloading/loading of the Tribble Bash stuff,
making sure there's a place for his minivan at the loading dock at the
proper times Friday night.

What is the PARKING situation this year, specifically the MIT lots?
For what hours/days?  Let's nail this down and broadcast the correct
info NOW, possibly generating maps for attendees...
