[ST] [SA] need at-con contact info for Ops Desk

Greetings, Happy New Year, and all that jazz!

Arisia is fast approaching.   We'd like to get at-con contact info for
all area and division heads and any other staff who feels that it is
appropriate.  This information will be used by the Ops Desk and included
in an internal Staff listing (unless you check off that it is for Ops
Desk use only).

Can we send SMS text messages to this cell phone:   yes / no / don't
know

It might be easier to get a message that says "Fred is looking for you" 
or "There's a crisis in Foo, please go there NOW", 
instead of getting a phone call or radio page
which you might not be able to respond to right away.
On the other hand, we will try to avoid uninformative messages
like "Call Ops" without explain why or if it is an emergency.

    no (please keep this private to ops desk only)
