The "reseved" cone may also be useful for the *other* Carl, Carl
Gruesz, who will need to pull his own van in somewhere to unload
his LED gear, but that's probably during the shoulder days.

How about two or three general-purpose Arisia-reserved spots near
that back ballroom door that can be reassigned on the fly, and put
someone on managing traffic back there?  Consider where we're
going to park the logistics truck, too.

Someone should clue the hotel in on all this, too, because last
year's Thursday morning was a total cluster trying to hunt down
all the random tradespeople who had jammed their own cars into
there.  We really need that space *clear* by early AM, modulo other
official business/deliveries the hotel has going on, if someone
can get their security folks onboard with that idea... maybe they
can caution-tape most of it off Wed. night for us.
