 Well, we do want to make sure he doesn't get charged extra if he goes 'in
and out' from the garage to the loading area for the Ballroom during Friday
evening, since the Hyatt parking is automated at this point.

And yes, having a Volunteer drive Karl's vehicle could be a cause for
concern regarding insurance.

I've forgotten what the parking rate is!

Do I understand you to say he wants free parking the whole weekend  
for his van?

To me that is a no go.
