[ST] Follow up email - important - for review

Hello Staff,

So, here's the deal.  It is explained in this message, but it was discovered
and resolved by Persis and Ben, etc.  People on anything not marked
"Program" in Zambia got the last mailing but it didn't include their
non-program commitments.  That may include you - it definitely included me.
So, this is an attempt to fix the situation.

Please comment on the list over the next few hours.  If you are one of filk,
gaming, etc, and you DON'T want to be included in the next emailing, let me
know personally and at the Zambia address.  We'll fix this up (it can't be
perfect) and send it out, probably overnight tonight depending on Tracy,
Peter, and/or Ben's schedule.

This year has been an amazing learning experience.  Sometime soon I will
rest and study my navel (ah, sorry!)...

Dear PARTICIPANT NAME,

Due to circumstances completely under our control, but we messed it up
anyway, this IS your final schedule as it stands today in our scheduling
database.  Many of you received email just a few days ago with only your
panels, talks, and other things that happen to be in the Program Division.
All of you are scheduled for Events, Fast Track, Gaming, Filk, convention
committee and various and sundry throughout the weekend.

So, this is a full list as you appear in our database for all Entertainment
categories.

We apologize for the confusion caused by our sending out incomplete
schedules to you. 

Please be aware minor schedule adjustments may happen at con, though we
will do our utmost to keep that to a minimum.

Here is your final schedule.  Thank you for all of your efforts in making
Arisia a fun, enlightening, and entertaining experience for all.
