[ST] heaters

One year, Kevin Fallon [I think] had propane heaters for the back of
the truck because it was *wikkid* cold on truck-load night. We even
rigged a tarp between truck and building as a windbreak. It helped,
although got a little tight as we kept moving the heaters back as
the truck filled. This didn't strike anyone as unsafe, it was
effectively outdoors.
Usually this isn't even necessary because once people start working
huffing gear through the elevator, they warm up quite a bit on their
own, so aux heaters are only needed for real extremes of weather.
Storage itself is heated, no worries there. The climate control in
the building is in general a lot better than it used to be.
I like Crash's idea of big-ass worklights at the hallway tables; when
they finally outlaw incandescents you won't be able to do *that*
anymore.
Note that we're talking about three different situations here, okay?
One of which is a non-starter.
