[ST] printouts / handouts for panels.

I was wondering what the process was to provide handouts during a panel.  I
would like to offer a four page handout on disaster planning to people who
attend the disaster planning panel.

Is it my responsibility to print the handouts, or do I drop the original off
some where  and pick up a packet later.

Sorry, this is the first time I wanted to do handouts at a panel.
