  We usually don't copy handouts for participants.  At con, we rarely
have the time, budget, or equipment to copy stuff for someone.

  It probably would be best if you can find a way to copy it before
the convention (if you're lucky you might be able to find someone who
can copy it at work for you).  Or turn it into a web page, and give
out the URL during the panel.
