What this really says is "We don't want to have to deal with your
deliveries".  So please, unless you have already made arrangements
about this with me, schedule any deliveries for sometime you can meet
them, and be on the dock when they arrive.  A heads up to
hotel at arisia.org once the delivery has been scheduled would also be a
nice touch.
