[ST] making stairs fun (was: Re: Elevator Suggestion Submitted With Minimal Comment)

Just for the record, I will NOT be putting this plan into action. Response
to suggestion was mixed, with a tilt towards negative.

If anyone else would like to make this happen, please feel free to take
this idea and run with it.
