Um, Arisia load out crew doesn't touch the "art". The artists are
responsible for removing and taking their own art out of the hotel.
(Unless something has changed this year.)  The only "art" Arisia may
handle is the AGOH, and that is usually done by a specific member of the
art show staff working directly with the AGOH.  Arisia Logistics will be
moving heavy pipe and pegboard used to hang the art, and plastic tubs etc
or paperwork and other random art show operations stuff.
