[ST] [SA] A '08 Debrief, reports

Hi,

Everyone¹s seeing this ­ so everyone should listen.

This is a big committee and a big, complex convention.  No one lives in a
vacuum.

That said ­ you can probably estimate when the area(s) of your interest will
last come up in the agenda by counting down to that area, multiplying by 3
minutes, adding that to 2:00 pm...

If things are running on time, we will be there for three hours only, or
less if things that don¹t need to be discussed are not discussed.  We should
be out by 5pm.

I encourage everyone who is concerned about the entire convention to come on
time, pay attention, say your report and any relevant information you have
first hand about any area, NOT have something to say about EVERY area,
applaud, and learn.

I will endeavor to stay around for at least an extra half hour myself to
talk to anyone ­ briefly ­ who wants to talk to me.  Let¹s not have those
conversations for more than 2 minutes apiece so that others have a shot at
me.  If longer time is needed, we¹ll make a future appointment.
