[ST] Program AV

Program A/V has always been the unwanted orphan, at almost ALL cons, and
who owns it has bounced back and forth I don't know how many times.
If Arisia could codify it in an acceptable way that works despite the
personal attitudes that come into play and usually screw it up, I'll bet
it could serve as a model for almost every other con out there [given
sufficient personpower to support it].

One thing that would seriously help is a bunch of interoperability and
functionality testing well beforehand, including having all the right
cables kitted up and ready to hand.
