Hi,

I asked on the lists where I recruited people to help run the Art
Show and it was rather clear to me that *they* didn't want to work
extra days; in addition, I was told the artists are often lining up
to check out as soon as they can. In fact, some of my staff *did*
leave on Sunday as did some of the artists.

In addition, my understanding is that Logistics was doing a truck run
on Monday around midnight; I think being able to pack and move the
Art Show back to storage on Sunday significantly eased their burden,
which seems to be pretty tough as it was.

My solution for allowing staff to see the show was the late night
Friday staff-only hours; if I didn't publicize those enough, I'm
sorry. And, finally, I'm not at all in favour of a four-day con to
begin with; I think it is the wrong solution to the problem of the
Hyatt. I also want to point out that the other group that has
significant setup and teardown times (Tech) didn't run on Monday,
either; they shut down Sunday night after the Goblin Ball.

If whomever runs the Art Show next year wants to extend it to four
days, I'll be happy to pass along all the info I have to them.
