[ST] [SA] Member Services Report: freebies

The flyer racks all belong to Filthy Pierre (Erwin Strauss).

He's made enough that he's farmed out several "kits" to different regional
areas.  The Northeast Kit rotates between Arisia, Boskone, Albacon,
Lunacon, and who knows what else.

Since we use it, it would be a nice gesture to help support it buy picking
up the cost of the container which is wearing out.
