Mostly recovered from the worst con crud I've ever caught, and a 14 hour
work day TODAY... only a few small comments:

Many of the groups were there for at most 1 day, but I think everyone
showed up at least for a few hours.
The downstairs tables were cleared by the hotel on Monday by (the time I
got downstairs. noon?). This turns out to have been no great sadness,
but it was a surprise and not was had been arranged.

A clear use policy should be written and sent to requestors.
Expectations of a minimum time that folks will use the table should be
set, OR perhaps a query as to "How long to you want that for".
If there's a reply of "only from X-Y", try to mate that with others.
Perhaps drop the number of tables as to demand - except that we received
3-4 reservations at the last moment.
Mea Maxima Maxima Culpa, as to dropping every ball thrown at me for
months.
I gather the AGOH had been scheduled for _some_ table on Monday, and
ended up upstairs, and that worked really well for her. That was very
improv, I think and would probably be better served by better planning.

Perhaps put together a solicitation list.

File under 'problems'.
