It also requires that the printer be working, which it was not any of the three times that I went to use it (twice for pandemonium fri/sat, once to print out a coupon for redbones on sunday, when the marvellous Hyatt people let me use the concierge desk to print it).
Most of the dealers have laptops with them; it's just the carting a printer around with them that is a pain. This is a service that would be paid for, and for the most part, all that's needed is a USB printer or an email drop - most of us can create the signs ourselves, it's just having the ability to print them that is needed.
