[ST] [SA] Jumpcon -> Relaxacon

In sympathy for the Jumpcon fans who no longer have a convention,
UFC/NEFE has and organized a mini-con at a Back Bay Hilton, across the
street from the Sheraton.  (Arisia is contributing some money to the
cause)

It's happening today and tomorrow.  The folks who were there yesterday
appear to have had fun.
