[ST] next meeting

Good Morning!

This message is to remind you that we'll be meeting next week on  
Sunday, June 22, from 2 to 4 pm at MIT in the usual place.  See here

The topic of the meeting is to identify and discuss SF & F areas,  
groups, topics we have missed so far this year or in prior years who  
we'd like to consider bringing into "New England's most diverse SF  
convention".

Normally I would be constructing my agenda by the end of the coming  
week.  But, unless I have help here figuring out what to discuss I  
can't do that.

So, please send me your ideas so that we can proceed.  Even if you  
can't make it to the meeting I would like to hear from you.

I'm copying the brainstorm list so that anyone there can add to the  
discussion.

Remember, Arisia convention committee meetings are open to anyone.   
Please come and help us run the best possible Arisia.
