[ST] [SA] Arisia Elevator Management

Hi all,

 From watching the hotel night manager locking down the elevators, I  
can say that they can be configured to ignore someone pressing the  
"Charles View" button to get to 16. They will still *respond* to a  
request from 16 but you can't get there from within the elevator.  
That was done with a toggle switch so it didn't look like they could  
easily lock out other floors.
