I'd like to add one thing, based on far too many late night conversations
with Ben about miscommunication:

Don't rely on email 100%.  Various Arisia staff members have "ignored" email
for days, weeks, or even months.  Servers break, "life happens," etc.

If you don't hear back from someone, and you are under a deadline or just
stressing, *call them*.
