[Toolsdev] latest mockup stuff

Hi,

I've done a pile of work on the mockups. They can be found here:

We given up on using pmwiki2 for a repository and for revision tracking.  
It just wasn't going to allow css.  The plan for now is to just do it 
manually on zydeco.  Please send an email to alex latzko 
<latzko@netbusters.com> requesting an account and include a ssh 
key.  I arrange for a group and for that group to have access to that 
directory.  Tracy may arrange for some sort of revision control thingy.

On the Participant Query Results page, I've added links so that page 
can take you to editing a participant's info or viewing a participant's 
schedule.  I think most of the query pages should work like that.

Also, I will be modifying the room pages so that the various setups 
appear in a table on the page.  There will be options to add, change, 
and delete each setup for each room.
