COVID19 Positive Reports

These are people who have reported they tested positive to COVID.  We recommend that everyone who was at Arisia test for COVID19 when you get home.  Especially if you might have symptoms or you might have been exposed to someone who has COVID.

If you test positive, please report it to safety@arisia.org.  Let us know where you spent time at Arisia, if you ate anywhere unmasked, when you last tested negative and when you tested positive, and whether or not we may publish your name.  Reports will be considered anonymous unless explicit permission to name is given.

For our COVID policies and reporting, please see our COVID page.

Thank you.

3) Rachel Silber tested positive for COVID early Sun AM at con and went home.
"On Saturday I was unmasked in Birch Bar and have personally contacted people I sat with. I did not go to consuite."

4) I was there all weekend. I masked diligently with a N95 mask whenever I was around people, aside from my hotel roommate (who also diligently masked when around others).
I ate unmasked only in my hotel room and outside, near the food trucks, well away from everyone else in the area.
I spent time all over. I'm not sure how useful it would be to rattle off each event I recall attending.
I last tested negatively Monday morning before leaving my hotel room. I began experiencing symptoms on Monday when I got home. I was unable to test afterwards until today, when I tested positive, just now.
