The Music AH organizes the musical portion of the Events program. This involves intensive programming for the convention “music room”, including recruiting and scheduling singers, filkers, and other performers. Music also includes unique events like singing in the pool, song contests, and more.

The Music AH is responsible for recruiting or reinviting performers, communicating with performers, supplying information to the Web and Communications teams for recruitment and publicity once acts are set, and coordinating with other Events and Programming staff to schedule sessions. This position does most of its work pre-convention, and requires reliable email/Internet access.
