Update 11/1/2025: We are no longer accepting new applications for the Dealers' Room and Creators' Corner for Arisia 2026. We will be contacting existing applicants during the week of 11/2 and finalizing the list by the middle of November.
The deadline for requesting a Fan-run Table is December 15th. If you'd like to make a request, email dealers@arisia.org and we'll contact you directly.
Fan-run Tables: Tables in the lobby for fannish groups, nonprofits, or fan-adjacent organizations to promote themselves and sell memberships or organization merchandise.
