A limited number of tables are available for groups to promote themselves and sell memberships and club paraphernalia such as T-shirts and fanzines. If you would like to sell more than that please take a look at the Creators Corner or Dealers Room.
All people working at fan tables will need membership badges. This includes the person in charge and anyone sitting at the table.
It would be best if you could staff your table during the core hours of Arisia:
Due to space constraints, we may request that you share a table with another fan group.
The deadline for Fan Table requests is December 2.
Fan Tables are located on the Mezzanine level near the escalators (3W).
Fan Table Hours
Below are the proposed table hours.
- Friday 4 pm to 7 pm
- Saturday 10am to 6pm
- Sunday 10am to 6pm
- Monday 10am to 2pm

Any person or group wishing to hold a raffle (from a fan table or other location) must be licensed by the City of Boston.
