Welcome to a Special Edition of the Progress Reports for Arisia 2025!
Arisia 2025 is taking place at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge, January 17-20, 2025. In this special edition, we bring you all the information you need to make a hotel reservation for Arisia 2025!We are excited to announce our return to The Ziggurat, where all Arisia events will occur at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge Hotel at 575 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA 02139.
Our Room Block goes on sale November 1st, 2024 at 3:30 pm (ET) via our website.
Several room types are available:
All Doubles: $189/night
Standard King/Queen: $169/night
Larger King/Queen: $179/night
Suites: $360/night
(plus applicable state and local taxes, currently 15.95%)
All reservations will default to the Standard block this year. Low Floor, Family, and Active Blocks can be requested by filling out the Special Request Form on our website.

Weekend Rates:- $55 through 10/31/2024 for full memberships
- $75 for Turtle Track (professional childcare for children ages 2-5) Space is limited, sign up now!
- $30 for students (students age 9-25 with a valid student ID)
- Free for Kids-in-Tow (must be with a paying attendee at all times)
- Free through Card to Culture (see below)
Card to Culture
Arisia is once again participating in the Massachusetts Card to Culture program. Cardholders can register to attend Arisia 2025 at no cost to them. This includes all levels of membership and Turtle Track (professional child care for children ages 2-6), but space is limited! Email mailto:registration@arisia.org with a photo (front and back) of a participating card (SNAP/WIC/MassHealth) and your name, email address, phone, and mailing address.View our Code of Conduct.
