General rule: If your child is ill or has symptoms of illness, please do not bring them to our children’s activities .
Illness and illness symptoms include:
- Cold symptoms such as runny nose (new), sore throat (new), frequent cough (new)
- Fever 100 degrees or more (must be fever free for at least 24 hours without medication)
- Sore throat or unable to swallow without discomfort
- Earache
- Visible eye redness, itching, discharge
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Probable case of COVID-19*
*Probable case of COVID-19 is defined by the presence of:
Any ONE of these critical symptoms:
- Cough (new)
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- New loss of taste or smell
OR Any TWO of these minor symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Fatigue
- Congestion or runny nose (new)
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
We strongly recommend a COVID-19 test in this situation.
